3. 파기 절차와 방법
탈퇴하면 계정, 세이브, 설정, 세션, 문의와 답변을 데이터베이스에서 바로 지웁니다.
통계 수집 동의를 철회하면 저장된 세이브와 설정을 바로 지웁니다(회원은 계정과 로그인 정보, 동의 기록만 남습니다).
문의를 직접 삭제하면 그 문의와 답변을 바로 지웁니다.
모든 정보는 전자 파일 형태로만 보관하며, 데이터베이스에서 삭제하는 방법으로 파기합니다.
4. 제3자 제공
운영자는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요구가 있는 경우는 예외입니다.
5. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
운영자는 게임을 운영하기 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 맡기고 있으며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. Cloudflare 로의 이전은 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8제1항제3호(이용 계약의 이행을 위한 국외 처리위탁·보관)에 따른 것이고, Anthropic 으로의 이전은 같은 항 제1호에 따라 이용자에게 따로 받은 동의에 따른 것입니다. 같은 조 제2항의 사항을 아래와 같이 알려 드립니다.
왜 '처리 위탁'인가요?
Cloudflare: 게임의 서버 프로그램과 데이터베이스는 운영자가 가진 컴퓨터가 아니라 Cloudflare 의 클라우드에서 돌아갑니다. 계정·세이브·문의 같은 정보가 Cloudflare 의 설비에 저장되고 그 위에서 처리되므로, 개인정보를 처리하는 일을 Cloudflare 에 맡기는 것(처리 위탁)에 해당합니다. 그 설비가 한국 밖에도 있어 국외 이전에도 해당합니다.
Anthropic: 운영자가 답변 초안을 만들 때 문의 내용을 Anthropic 의 AI 도구(Claude)에 보내 처리하게 하므로, 같은 이유로 이 표에 함께 적습니다. Anthropic 의 설비는 미국에 있습니다.

문의 창의 동의 화면에서 동의하지 않을 수 있습니다. 동의하지 않으면 게임 안 문의 창은 쓸 수 없고, 대신 no-ai@starlitwhale.com 으로 이메일 문의를 할 수 있습니다. 이 메일함의 문의는 AI 도구로 처리하지 않으며, 답변이 늦을 수 있습니다. 동의한 뒤에도 설정 → '동의 관리'의 '문의 AI 처리 동의'에서 언제든 철회할 수 있으며, 철회하면 이미 보낸 문의에도 AI 초안을 만들지 않고 만들어 둔 AI 초안도 보내지 않습니다
AI 도구로 만든 답변은 초안으로만 저장되며, 운영자가 확인한 뒤에 보냅니다. 운영자가 고치지 않고 보낸 답변에는 'AI가 작성한 답변'이라고 표시됩니다.
글꼴을 받을 때 전달되는 정보
게임 화면의 글꼴 일부는 외부 글꼴 서비스에서 받습니다. 이용자의 브라우저가 글꼴을 직접 요청하므로, 그 업체에 이용자의 IP 주소와 브라우저 정보가 전달됩니다. 운영자는 이 업체들에 다른 개인정보를 보내지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람하거나, 정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청하거나, 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제41조제1항·제2항(제43조·제44조에서 준용)에 따라, 개인정보를 모은 게임 안에서 같은 방법으로 이 권리를 행사할 수 있도록 아래 기능을 마련했습니다.
열람: 설정 → '동의 관리' → '내 정보 보기'에서 게임이 서버와 이 브라우저에 저장한 내 정보를 볼 수 있고, '파일로 내려받기'로 파일로 받을 수 있습니다.
삭제: '동의 관리'에서 '탈퇴'하면 계정, 세이브, 설정, 세션, 문의가 지워집니다. '통계 동의 철회'를 하면 저장된 세이브와 설정이 지워지며, 게스트는 이 브라우저의 세이브와 게스트 기록, 문의도 함께 지워집니다. 보낸 문의는 문의 화면에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
처리 정지: '동의 관리'에서 '통계 동의 철회'를 하면 통계 수집 동의로 처리하던 정보의 처리가 멈추고, 저장된 정보는 지워집니다. 같은 곳에서 다시 동의할 수 있습니다.
정정: 고칠 수 있는 정보(표시·음성 언어, 음량, 키 설정 같은 설정)는 게임 안 설정에서 바로 고칠 수 있습니다.
동의 철회: 문의를 AI 도구로 처리하는 데 대한 동의는 설정 → '동의 관리'의 '문의 AI 처리 동의'에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 이미 보낸 문의에도 AI 초안을 만들지 않으며, 만들어 둔 AI 초안도 보내지 않습니다. 아직 답변받지 않은 문의에는 AI 없이 메일로 문의하는 방법(no-ai@starlitwhale.com)을 알려 드리는 답변이 달리고 완료 처리됩니다.
게임 안에서 할 수 없는 요청은 9번의 개인정보 보호책임자 연락처로 보내 주세요. 대리인을 통해서도 요청할 수 있습니다.
게임은 이메일 주소나 실명을 받지 않아 본인을 확인할 다른 수단이 없으므로, 암호를 잊은 회원의 계정에 대한 열람·삭제 요청은 처리할 수 없습니다.
요청을 거절하거나 일부만 처리한 경우 그 이유를 알려 드리며, 이의가 있으면 같은 연락처로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
만 14세 미만 아동의 회원 가입을 받지 않으며, 그 개인정보를 알고 처리하지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보가 처리된 사실을 알게 되면 삭제하며, 법정대리인은 위와 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
모든 통신은 HTTPS 로 암호화합니다.
암호 원문은 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 브라우저에서 계산한 확인값을 서버가 한 번 더 해시해 보관합니다.
로그인 쿠키는 브라우저의 스크립트가 읽을 수 없고(HttpOnly) HTTPS 에서만 전송되도록(Secure) 설정합니다.
로그인 상태 기록과 접속 확인 값은 원래 값이 아니라 해시로 보관합니다.
운영자 기능은 운영자만 가진 비밀 열쇠가 있어야 쓸 수 있습니다. 운영자의 관리 화면은 운영자 서버의 로그인 뒤에 있으며, 비밀 열쇠는 이용자의 브라우저로 나가지 않습니다.
로그인 실패와 문의·가입 횟수를 제한해 무작위 대입과 과도한 요청을 막습니다.

글꼴을 받을 때 전달되는 정보
게임 화면의 글꼴 일부는 외부 글꼴 서비스에서 받습니다. 이용자의 브라우저가 글꼴을 직접 요청하므로, 그 업체에 이용자의 IP 주소와 브라우저 정보가 전달됩니다. 운영자는 이 업체들에 다른 개인정보를 보내지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람하거나, 정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청하거나, 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제41조제1항·제2항(제43조·제44조에서 준용)에 따라, 개인정보를 모은 게임 안에서 같은 방법으로 이 권리를 행사할 수 있도록 아래 기능을 마련했습니다.
열람: 설정 → '동의 관리' → '내 정보 보기'에서 게임이 서버와 이 브라우저에 저장한 내 정보를 볼 수 있고, '파일로 내려받기'로 파일로 받을 수 있습니다.
삭제: '동의 관리'에서 '탈퇴'하면 계정, 세이브, 설정, 세션, 문의가 지워집니다. '통계 동의 철회'를 하면 저장된 세이브와 설정이 지워지며, 게스트는 이 브라우저의 세이브와 게스트 기록, 문의도 함께 지워집니다. 보낸 문의는 문의 화면에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
처리 정지: '동의 관리'에서 '통계 동의 철회'를 하면 통계 수집 동의로 처리하던 정보의 처리가 멈추고, 저장된 정보는 지워집니다. 같은 곳에서 다시 동의할 수 있습니다.
정정: 고칠 수 있는 정보(표시·음성 언어, 음량, 키 설정 같은 설정)는 게임 안 설정에서 바로 고칠 수 있습니다.
동의 철회: 문의를 AI 도구로 처리하는 데 대한 동의는 설정 → '동의 관리'의 '문의 AI 처리 동의'에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 이미 보낸 문의에도 AI 초안을 만들지 않으며, 만들어 둔 AI 초안도 보내지 않습니다. 아직 답변받지 않은 문의에는 AI 없이 메일로 문의하는 방법(no-ai@starlitwhale.com)을 알려 드리는 답변이 달리고 완료 처리됩니다.
게임 안에서 할 수 없는 요청은 9번의 개인정보 보호책임자 연락처로 보내 주세요. 대리인을 통해서도 요청할 수 있습니다.
게임은 이메일 주소나 실명을 받지 않아 본인을 확인할 다른 수단이 없으므로, 암호를 잊은 회원의 계정에 대한 열람·삭제 요청은 처리할 수 없습니다.
요청을 거절하거나 일부만 처리한 경우 그 이유를 알려 드리며, 이의가 있으면 같은 연락처로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
만 14세 미만 아동의 회원 가입을 받지 않으며, 그 개인정보를 알고 처리하지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보가 처리된 사실을 알게 되면 삭제하며, 법정대리인은 위와 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
모든 통신은 HTTPS 로 암호화합니다.
암호 원문은 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 브라우저에서 계산한 확인값을 서버가 한 번 더 해시해 보관합니다.
로그인 쿠키는 브라우저의 스크립트가 읽을 수 없고(HttpOnly) HTTPS 에서만 전송되도록(Secure) 설정합니다.
로그인 상태 기록과 접속 확인 값은 원래 값이 아니라 해시로 보관합니다.
운영자 기능은 운영자만 가진 비밀 열쇠가 있어야 쓸 수 있습니다. 운영자의 관리 화면은 운영자 서버의 로그인 뒤에 있으며, 비밀 열쇠는 이용자의 브라우저로 나가지 않습니다.
로그인 실패와 문의·가입 횟수를 제한해 무작위 대입과 과도한 요청을 막습니다.

Privacy Policy
StarlitWhale (the "Operator") processes the personal information of people who use the game Starlit Song (ciel.starlitwhale.com, the "Game") in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (개인정보 보호법), and publishes this privacy policy as follows.
This policy applies only to the Game. The Operator's company website (starlitwhale.com) is covered by that website's own privacy policy.

1. Personal information we process and why
The Game does not collect email addresses, real names or phone numbers. An account is created with only a username and a password.

Statistics do not store IP addresses, browser information or device information. When guest statistics are sent, the IP address is used only in server memory to limit the number of requests and is not stored.

3. Destruction procedure and method
When you delete your account, your account, saves, settings, sessions, and inquiries and replies are deleted from the database immediately.
When you withdraw statistics collection consent, your stored saves and settings are deleted immediately (for members, only the account, sign-in information and agreement records remain).
When you delete an inquiry yourself, that inquiry and its replies are deleted immediately.
All information is kept only as electronic files and is destroyed by deleting it from the database.
4. Provision to third parties
The Operator does not provide personal information to third parties, except when required by law.
5. Outsourcing and overseas transfer
To run the Game, the Operator entrusts personal information processing to the companies below, and in the process personal information is transferred outside Korea. The transfer to Cloudflare is based on Article 28-8(1)3 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (overseas outsourcing and storage to perform the service agreement), and the transfer to Anthropic is based on your separate consent under Article 28-8(1)1 of the same Act. The matters required by Article 28-8(2) are as follows.
Why is this "outsourcing"?
Cloudflare: The Game's server program and database do not run on a computer the Operator owns but on Cloudflare's cloud. Information such as accounts, saves and inquiries is stored on Cloudflare's equipment and processed there, which means the work of processing personal information is entrusted to Cloudflare (outsourcing). Because that equipment is also outside Korea, it is an overseas transfer as well.
Anthropic: When the Operator drafts a reply, the inquiry is sent to Anthropic's AI tool (Claude) to be processed, so it is listed in this table for the same reason. Anthropic's equipment is in the United States.

How to refuse and the effect
The Game runs only on Cloudflare, so if you refuse you cannot use the Game. If you do not want this, you can delete your account (guests: withdraw consent) or request deletion at the contact in section 9
You can decline on the consent screen of the inquiry window. If you decline, you cannot use the in-game inquiry window, but you can send your inquiry by email to no-ai@starlitwhale.com instead. Inquiries to this mailbox are not handled with AI tools, and replies may take longer. Even after agreeing, you can withdraw at any time under "Inquiry AI processing consent" in Settings → "Manage agreements"; once withdrawn, no AI drafts are made even for inquiries already sent, and AI drafts already made are not sent
Replies made with the AI tool are saved only as drafts and are sent after the Operator reviews them. Replies sent without changes by the Operator are labeled "AI-written reply".
Information passed on when fonts are loaded
Some fonts on the game screen are loaded from external font services. Because your browser requests the fonts directly, your IP address and browser information are passed to those companies. The Operator does not send any other personal information to them.

You may at any time access your personal information, request its correction, deletion or suspension of processing, or withdraw your consent. In accordance with Article 41(1) and (2) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (applied mutatis mutandis by Articles 43 and 44), the Operator provides the following features so that you can exercise these rights in the same way and in the same place where the information was collected: inside the Game.
Access: Under Settings → "Manage agreements" → "View my information" you can see the information the Game has stored on the server and in this browser, and save it with "Download file".
Deletion: Choosing "Delete account" in "Manage agreements" deletes your account, saves, settings, sessions and inquiries. Choosing "Withdraw statistics consent" deletes your stored saves and settings; for guests, the saves and guest records in this browser and their inquiries are deleted as well. You can delete inquiries you sent yourself on the inquiry screen.
Suspension of processing: Choosing "Withdraw statistics consent" in "Manage agreements" stops the processing of information processed under statistics collection consent, and the stored information is deleted. You can agree again in the same place.
Correction: Information that can be corrected (settings such as display and voice language, volume and key settings) can be changed directly in the in-game settings.
Withdrawal of consent: You can withdraw your consent to having inquiries handled with AI tools at any time under "Inquiry AI processing consent" in Settings → "Manage agreements". Once withdrawn, no AI drafts are made even for inquiries already sent, and AI drafts already made are not sent. Inquiries that have not yet received a reply receive a reply explaining how to contact us by email without AI processing (no-ai@starlitwhale.com), and are marked as completed.
For requests you cannot make in the Game, please contact the privacy officer at the contact in section 9. You may also make requests through a representative.
Because the Game does not collect email addresses or real names, there is no other means of verifying your identity, so access or deletion requests for the account of a member who has forgotten their password cannot be processed.
If we refuse a request or carry it out only in part, we will tell you why, and you can object at the same contact.
We do not accept account registrations from children under 14 or knowingly process their personal information. If we learn that a child’s personal information has been processed, we delete it, and their legal guardian may exercise the rights above.
7. Security measures
All communication is encrypted with HTTPS.
The password itself is never sent to the server. The server hashes the verifier computed in the browser once more and stores that.
The login cookie is set so that scripts in the browser cannot read it (HttpOnly) and it is sent only over HTTPS (Secure).
Sign-in state records and connection check values are stored as hashes, not as the original values.
Operator features can be used only with a secret key held by the Operator. The Operator's admin screen is behind a sign-in on the Operator's server, and the secret key never goes to users' browsers.
Failed sign-ins and the number of inquiries and sign-ups are limited to block random guessing and excessive requests.

If you block the login cookie you cannot sign in, but you can still play as a guest. You can clear browser storage at any time in your browser settings; doing so also removes guest saves and inquiry keys. Information in browser storage exists only in your browser and is not kept separately by the Operator (guest information for which statistics collection was agreed is also kept on the server, as described in section 1).
9. Privacy officer
The Game is run by an individual, and the Operator personally serves as privacy officer, handling inquiries, complaints and remedies related to personal information processing.
Inquiries you do not want handled by AI: no-ai@starlitwhale.com — inquiries to this mailbox are not handled with AI tools, and replies may take longer.
